Our Mission
Indigenous Leadership & Environmental Stewardship
I. Indigenous Leadership (Our Story)
51% Indigenous-Owned Status
Denendeh Digital is an Indigenous-led company, 51% Indigenous-owned and -led, representing a new standard for economic reconciliation in action.
This structure is a direct implementation of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's (TRC) Call to Action 92, ensuring that Indigenous communities gain long-term sustainable benefits from economic development projects.
The Name: Denendeh Digital
Denendeh is the Dene name for their traditional homeland, meaning "The Land of the People".
The name signifies honoring "The Land of the People" by transforming an environmental liability from that land into a sustainable digital future for the people.
TRC Alignment
Our 51% Indigenous ownership structure directly implements the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Call to Action 92, which mandates that Indigenous communities gain long-term sustainable benefits from economic development projects. We honor this commitment by creating meaningful economic opportunities for Indigenous partners while transforming environmental challenges into sustainable digital infrastructure.
II. Environmental Stewardship (ESG)
AER Directive 060 Compliance
Our Digital Flare Mitigation (DFM) solution provides immediate regulatory credibility:
- Meets Mandates: Fully aligned with AER Directive 060 requirements.
- Best Alternative: Recognized as the superior conservation method over flaring.

We transform environmental liabilities into economic assets. Combusting methane for power reduces emissions significantly:
- 25x Impact: Methane is 25x more potent than CO2 over 100 years.
- 99% Efficiency: Our generators achieve >99% combustion efficiency vs. open flaring.
Carbon Credit Monetization
Create a secondary revenue stream through verifiable emission reductions:
- TIER System: Generate offsets via Alberta's Technology Innovation and Emissions Reduction.
- ESG Narrative: Powerful, data-backed storytelling for stakeholders.
